Our courses reflect the skills most sought-after by employers

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

  • We believe in the inherent potential of individuals to learn while working in an environment where they have committed themselves to mutual objectives, enabling them to satisfy important personal developmental needs. This inclusive approach encourages spontaneous motivation from within, developing higher standards of personal performance.
  • Through a new knowledge of his or her significant role as a Heavy Equipment Operator, an individual can progressively achieve measurable new levels of performance and productivity. Fewer breakdowns, smoother operation, better safety and higher organizational morale are all products of our process.
COMPETITION

In Western Canada, there are a number of organizations that offer training and certification in the Oil and Gas industry, including universities, colleges, technical institutes and various associations. However, these institutions engage in professional training, rather than operational training. None of these institutions propose to develop complete training programs for front line oilfield and construction site workers. By far the biggest competitor to GNIT is training on the job.
